It finally happened! R & R Cable Company is now serving the Cle Elum/South Cle Elum market!

Effective December 22, 2006, R & R Cable Company concluded its purchase of the Charter Communications cable system serving Cle Elum, South Cle Elum, and portions of upper Kittitas County. We hope that these Q&A's will help explain what this will mean to the customers in this market.

Questions: Answers:
What if you have received a bill from Charter? If you are holding a bill issued by Charter for service dated December 22nd or later, DO NOT PAY CHARTER.  R & R Cable will be billing you for services.  Our billing cycle starts at the first of every month with the first bills for this system being mailed in the last week of January.  All customers will receive a pro-rated bill.
What if you have auto-pay set-up through Charter? You should call Charter to discontinue the automatic charging of your credit or bank account.  You should also discontinue any billing paid through your bank to Charter if you have set-up an auto-pay through them.
Will the rates change for what you are billed? If you are a Basic/Expanded Basic subscriber, your rate will be reduced from $35.80 to $32.95.  If you are a Basic only subscriber or billed as a Bulk bill customer for multi-distribution units, your rates will not change.  Also, the rates for the Premium channels (HBO, Showtime, Starz, Encore or Cinemax) or service packages have not changed.  If you were paying Charter for the rental of an analog converter box, that charge will not be billed by R & R.
When will the channel line-up change? For the time being, the channel line-up should remain the same.  We are in the process of building the necessary fiber connection that will enable this system to receive the cable channels offered to R & R’s Roslyn, Ronald and Lake Cle Elum customers.  This should be accomplished within the first quarter of 2007.  When there are any changes to the channel line-up, you will be notified through advertisements, direct mailing or both.
What number do you call if you should have any questions? There is a customer service office located in Roslyn at 103 S 2nd Street ((509) 649-2212), with plans to open an office in Cle Elum.  We are in the process of developing a website (RRCable.com) however, if you should have any questions and would like to communicate via email, please direct them to cable@inlandnet.com.
What is the channel line-up? For the channel line up, please see the current Cle Elum cable channel guide.
